High-Performance Counseling

Let's get you back in sync so you can thrive at the next level

Something's been holding you back. You once felt on top of your game and in the zone. Lately something is just "off" or you are having difficulty coming back from an injury or set back. This is where Performance Counseling can help. I utilize brain based treatment to help you get "unstuck" and begin to play or perform at the level you once did while enjoying yourself again. Contact the office for more information on how I can help!

Reconnect with Yourself, the Joy of Playing and Performing Well

Performance at a high level takes more than skill. It takes clarity, emotional balance, and a nervous system that's not stuck in overdrive. You don't have to choose between high achievement and emotional well being. I help high performers move through internal blocks, recover from burnout, and reconnect to their full capacity. Your nervous system holds the key to both resilience and performance. I use advanced brain- based therapies like Brainspotting (BSP) which taps into the brain's deeper neuroproccessing systems to quickly clear mental blocks, lower stress, and elevate confidence under pressure. I also utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) or Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which engage the brain's adaptive networks to clear performance blocks and reduce pressure. These therapies coupled with Visualization, Positive PsychologyNervous System Regulation, HRV Training and Biofeedback tools are design help you meet your goals and get back to doing what you love. This specialized counseling is offered to children, teens, and adults. I offer 55 minute sessions, 90 minute sessions, and Intensives (3-6 hour blocks).  Performance Counseling is Private Pay unless a Medical Necessity is determined upon assessment.
