Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a brief, evidence-based approach designed to bring relief from distressing memories and emotions. ART uses gentle eye movements and guided imagery to help the brain reprocess difficult experiences in a way that reduces their emotional impact. While the memory itself remains, the pain connected to it can fade, allowing you to move forward with greater ease and clarity.

Many people find ART helpful for trauma, phobias, performance blocks, or other challenges that feel “stuck.” Because of its structured and directive style, ART often works more quickly than traditional talk therapy. For some, meaningful relief can come in a few sessions. Clients frequently describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more in control after completing the process.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) can help you find relief from painful memories, emotional distress, or ongoing mental health challenges in a way that feels safe and empowering. By using guided eye movements and imagery techniques, ART allows your brain to reprocess troubling experiences without needing to talk about them in detail. While the memory remains, the pain attached to it fades. ART offers a fast effective path toward haling clarity, and emotional freedom.

If you are looking for a therapy that can bring lasting relief without requiring you to retell every detail of your story, ART may be a powerful option. ART is offered for 55 minute sessions, 90 minute sessions and Intensives. All levels of care start with an initial intake assessment. Together, we can decide if ART is the right fit for your goals and comfort level. Please use the contact form below to ask any questions or learn more about working together.
